McKinsey & Company: Global Proud Speaker Series

We are excited to announce the launch of the 2024 Global Proud Speaker Series, a virtual event series designed to provide candidates from around the world with insights into Equal at McKinsey, our LGBTQ+ network. The Proud Speaker Series will take place from February to May 2024 and will feature monthly events on various topics relevant to the LGBTQ+ community. Each event will be offered in two time zones to accommodate participants from different regions.

During the Proud Speaker Series, Equal at McKinsey members and allies will share their experiences and perspectives on being LGBTQ+ at McKinsey and answer questions from participants. The series is intended for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ or allies and are interested in learning more about McKinsey’s research and LGBTQ+ initiatives. This virtual series is one of many programs offered by McKinsey worldwide to help candidates learn more about the Firm.
