Successful candidates for Ryvit’s CSE position will be:
· Proficient in SQL
· Proficient in C#
· Able to provide technical consultations
· Energized by growing with a young startup
Background knowledge of Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 C, InEight, BambooHR, or SAP Concur (while not required) would be very helpful.

Customer Success Engineers are on the frontlines of the customer journey. We are a team of implementation experts that have a deep understanding of the products that our partners have built and we understand what it takes to reliably move data between those systems at scale.
Your areas of ownership
· Provide consultation to customers during the onboarding and implementation process
· Assist with customer support tickets and change orders
· Assist with product development
· Capture customer feedback and route it to the appropriate internal stakeholders
How to be successful in your role
That’s the name of the game in SaaS. As a CSE, you’ll have ample opportunity to make (or break) the Ryvit brand with our customers. During implementations, customer change orders, and support tasks, you’ll be communicating directly with our customers. It’s important that you communicate clearly, proactively, and regularly.
Your implementations will be monitored by the support team. Our aim is to activate configurations that work. Meaning, our customers experience a seamless, reliable data flow and our internal team doesn’t spend manual time supporting it on a regular basis. Clean implementations mean a long-term profit margin.
CSEs are often relied upon to help with difficult support issues. You may be called upon, without warning, to help provide critical support to our customers. When this happens, you will be expected to troubleshoot the root cause of the issue swiftly and accurately. You may also be asked to create tickets that summarize your findings for our engineering team so they can deploy a fix (if necessary).
